Dorsal spines (total): 0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 220-258; Anal spines : 0; Anal soft rays : 148 - 177; Vertebrae : 127 - 135. Median fins with dark margins; pores 7-15 of lateral line situated along upper margin of canal; eye large, 19.7-25.2% HL; lateral line system: supraorbital 6, infraorbital 8, postorbital 2, preopercular-mandibular 11, occipital commissure 3 (Ref. 41744 ).
