Kinds
Type Specimen at the American Museum of Natural History. Holotype: one specimen in alcohol, damaged, collected 22 July 1954. No other material.

Identification
Oval to circular shape. One pair of eye clusters in tentacular region, one single cluster of cerebral eyes. Pharynx ruffled. Black background with flesh-colored marginal band and rounded pinkish buff areas over dorsal surface. Entire dorsal surface strewn with small white papillae; ventral surface pale except for a wide black band subtending the pale margin.
No information on reproductive system because of damage.

Type Locality: Palau
