Overview
Plasmodium translucent white. Sporocarps scattered, stalked, 1.0-1.3 mm tall. Hypothallus small and inconspicuous. Stalk 75-80% of the total height, by TL the basal half ± beige and containing granular matter, keratinoid, red-brown above, hollow, often with a swelling where the two parts meet. Sporotheca spherical, 0.1-0.2 mm diam., brown. Columella short, splitting at the tip into thicker primary branches of the capillitium. Capillitium tips with persistent, smooth, red-brown peripheral platelets, branched dichotomously two or more times between the columella and the periphery, tapered outwards. Spores pale rosy red, 8-12 µm diam., densely verruculose.
