Forewing outer apical cell about 2X as long as wide. -Forewing second apical cell quadrate (ir crossvein present). -forewing third apical cell parallel sided, straight. -forewing CuP vein longer than segment of CuA between Cu and MP. -forewing inner apical cell with transverse base. -Pcu vein on forewings not visible. -Hind wing apex truncate. -hind wings with RA vein. -Hind wing MP and CuA veins touching at one point or separated by m-cu crossvein, convergent distally.

Abdomen. 2S abdominal apodemes small, narrow, extended dorsomesad.

Male Genitalia. -Pygofer not extended to apex of subgenital plate. Pygofer lobe rounded. -pygofer dorsal emargination extended to base of segment. -pygofer ventroapical membranous area absent or inconspicuous. -pygofer without oblique dorsolateral internal ridge. Pygofer basolateral setae in distinct group, small, distal setae undifferentiated. -pygofer dorsal appendage immovably fused to margin, without basal suture. Pygofer dorsal appendage bifurcate near base, branches widely separated, extended to pygofer apex, straight or very slightly curved in dorsal view, straight in lateral view. Dorsal branch of pygofer dorsal appendage shorter than ventral branch. -pygofer ventral appendage absent. -sternite IX with median longitudinal internal ridge. +subgenital plates free. -subgenital plate lateral margin with angulate subbasal projection. -subgenital plate section basad of medial constriction subequal to or shorter than distal section. Lateral subdistal fold on subgenital plates present. -subgenital plates with 2-4 basal macrosetae. -Subgenital plate macrosetae uniseriate along margin. Subgenital plates with distinct marginal subbasal rigid setae forming continuous row. -subgenital plate without distal macrosetae. -style free. Style preapical lobe prominent. Style apex with 3 points. Second point of style apex well developed. Third point short toothlike. Angle between basal and third points about 90°. -Aedeagus articulated to connective. Dorsal apodeme broadly expanded in lateral view. Dorsal apodeme of aedeagus triangular, without sclerotized connection to anal tube or pygofer appendages. Aedeagus with preatrium longer than shaft. Aedeagus shaft symmetrical. Aedeagal shaft curved dorsad, slender in lateral view, round in cross section, smooth, with dorsal carina. +Aedeagus without dorsal process. Aedeagal apex truncate in ventral view. Aedeagus without apical vestiture. Aedeagus ventral processes placed basally, well separated from shaft, longer than shaft, divergent only at apex, simple.
