Upper half of head red, whitish below with red spots; four narrow blue bars dorsally on head; body red at front, purplish brown at rear, with 13-15 narrow blue bars.
Size: to 2.5 cm.
Inhabits rocky reefs.
Depth: 3-20 m.
Revillagigedo Islands.
