This species is known only from winged reproductives.

Natural history
This genus is known to live among hardwood termites, preying on them apparently without arousing defensive behavior from the termites.

How to encounter
Chop open dead hardwood logs that are not lying on the ground. Termites in the heartwood may be the hosts of this ant.
