Identification |
The front of head truncated (major); in dorsolateral view genal corner extended as a triangular process (major); median part of hypostoma with a pair of large submedian processes and a low median process (major); posterior declivity of promesonotal dome at most with an inconspicuous prominence (major & minor); promesonotal dome smooth and shining (minor) or smooth and shining with several transverse rugulae (major) (for full description see Eguchi & Bui, 2005).

Type Locality - S. Cat Tien N. P., Dong Nai Province, Vietnam (Eg04-VN-800).

Natural history |
A single representative colony (the type series) nested under a stone of the forest floor (Eguchi & Bui, 2005).
