Morphometrics
This species is distinguished by the following characters: dorsal disc with a prominent mid-scapular thorn and dermal denticles which are small, spinular, partly embedded and are restricted to the snout, supraorbital, interorbital and mid-lumbar regions and midline of the tail; nasal capsules are oval, relatively broad and short; the ischiopubic bar of pelvic girdle is strongly arched with concave outer anterior margin, short angular prepelvic process and long posterior mesial process (Ref.

).
Maximum length known only from the holotype and only known specimen, a juvenile male (Ref.
51067
).
