Identification of Trees

We went over the area thoroughly and tried to identify all the trees and woody perennials on the school grounds, including the newly developed area and the natural growth remaining behind the school.  We were having a lot of difficulty identifying all of the planted trees around the school, so we contacted Classic City Gardens, the business hired to create the landscaping around the school.  We also identified quite a few trees from the wooded area on our own, but we expect there are many more.  The table below lists all the trees we were able to identify and some details about each.  For more information on any of the trees below, please consult one of the references below.
