Oftentimes we receive .doc and .xls files that are not compatable with Sun Microsystems and Mac computers. When these files are received, they can be translated for compatability on the eMac computer. Note: MacLink translates text files well, but messes up graphs and images.

• Open AppleWorks
• Go to File Open
• Change Format to All Available
• Select the file you want to open
• Click Open
