Tropical Biology, University of Georgia

Meeting to start a university-wide
and develop undergraduate and graduate teaching programs
at the University of Georgia

18 April, 2008, Friday, 9:00AM
Main Seminar Room, Ecology Building

Please share this invitation with anyone interested in tropical biology.

We invite you to join a tropical biology interest group and help brainstorm associated undergraduate and graduate teaching programs. Our meeting stems from discussions this March in Costa Rica (see background correspondence from Porter and Newcomer). Besides forming an interest group to share and discuss ideas across campus, we envision building a world class teaching program in tropical biology centered around the new UGA Costa Rica campus in San Luis.
