HELP Malawi's mission is to empower the people in Malawi to improve their lives through support and education. Education is the key to solving problems, transforming lives, and moving towards a better future.

Our vision is to provide every child in the world's poorest countries with a rugged, low-cost, low-power, connected laptop. One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) has donated 6 laptops to the H.E.L.P. Malawi cause. These tools will afford the children with an unprecedented opportunity to learn and connect with each other and the world in order to establish better futures.

In addition to obtaining solar panels for the laptops, we are also producing educational videos that will teach individuals and communities in Malawi the skills they need for better livelihoods, including:

• the production, use, and maintenance of solar ovens
• the use and maintenance of mosquito nets
• crop rotation and long-term soil maintenance
• nutrition information and the benefits of a balanced diet
• long-term consequences of destroying their environment

Your donations are absolutely necessary to the success of HELP Malawi. Your funds will enable us to purchase the products and materials needed to accomplish our mission, including laptops and solar panels, cardboard supplies for solar ovens, mosquito nets and seeds. HELP Malawi is a completely non-profit student project, so the entirety of donations will be used to aid our work in Malawi.
