Blowing Rocks is an undeveloped outcrop of Anastasia Formation protected as a preserve by The Nature Conservancy. There are numerous blowholes in the 10-12 foot high sea cliff. On our visit, the tide was going out so the blowholes were not very active. There was still plenty of splash from crashing waves. Sea cliffs are an unusual environment for Florida.
