| Ceratina acantha (Apidae) - male - in Colorado Springs Foothills, Old Goldcamp Road at Trailhead 16, 6600 Ft, El Paso County, Colorado, USA; May 23, 2006; Size: L = 6.5 mm (male). Found on Rhus trilobata - Trilobed Sumac. Ceratina relies on Rhus branches for nest-building. Note the facemarks (clypeus).
