| Andrena haynesi (Andrenidae) in Colorado Springs, Drennan Blvd (N38° 47.041', W104° 44.930'), El Paso County, Colorado, USA. July 5, 2005. Size: L = 18 mm. Found on Helianthus petiolaris. She is the largest Andrena in the area and ranges across the Short-grass Prairie of Colorado and Nebraska. Looks like an over-sized A.helianthi.
