Sphecodes sophiae Ckll (Halictidae) in Colorado Springs - Female - 17 May 2006. L=7.5mm. At Trailhead 16 - Old Goldcamp Road: on Rhus trilobata - Trilobed Sumac; all-red abd. The species was named after Descurainia sophia flowers (Brassicaciae) where the bee was first found.
