The Alabama Croton is a rare shrub in Alabama. There is a record for southern Tennessee but the species is most likely extirpated in that State. This plant is cultivated in a private garden in Cherokee County, Georgia. For more information: plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=CRALA
