This is granite stonecrop. It is considered threatened in Georgia. It grows in one small area on Stone Mountain under winged elms (Ulmus alata). They typically grow under eastern red cedar (Juniperus virginiana). For more information: plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=SEPU6
