| Town Creek forms a spectacular coastal plain gorge. It is a tributary of Cemochechobee Creek which is a tributary of the Chattahoochee River. I did some research and found several references about the geology. The upper part of the gorge is developed in the Paleocene age, Nanafalia Formation.
