I can't find much information on the cave. There is a short hiking trail to the main entrance. The cave map shows a couple of hundred feet of passage. It is a talus cave formed in a boulder pile. The rock is a schist of the Pre-Cambrian-age Underhill Formation: For more information: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smugglers%27_Notch_State_Park
