Agelinidae; Agelinopsis pennsylvanica? Grass Spider; They make funnel shaped webs in the grass. The spider sits in the funnel base in wait and comes out for prey. Described as lightning quick! Note the spinnarets alongside of the front legs. Two second to last legs missing, bird?
