| "The genus Hyperaspis is a large genus of tiny (usually 2-3mm), shining, mostly black beetles, among which the species shown here (H. bigeminata) is distinctive for having a bright red spot right at the hind end of each wing cover. Around half a dozen other Hyperaspis species are found in Ontario." | |
