Don,

Sorry for the delay. I'm completely swamped trying to get the ATBI up and
running (walking?) on many fronts.

I'll send Nina the fund raising info ASAP, but it will probably be in
March. Besides the ATBI, I have a trip scheduled soon to my field sites in
Panama and Costa Rica.

Thanks for announcing the Science Fair Awards. I've forwarded your request
to Kitty Esco regarding funds for the Regional Science Fairs. She should
make the logistics happen. This year we may not be organized in time to
host trips to the Smokies. Hence, I advise that the prizes should only be
cash awards with a rain check for an invitation to visit GSMNP at some
later date.

When I hear that the salamader page is ready, I'll let you know. I don't
believe that the Web committee has submitted its prototype page yet.
Another thing to do. Gasp.

Please be patient with me. It's all coming together, but plugging
volunteers into the bureaucracy, while struggling to avoid creating a new
one, keeping the process democratic, and not offending too many soft egos
is slower than one might wish.

Best to Nina. Hope all goes well for you both.

Cheers,
Pick
