Dear Directors of Discover Life in America,

Here is the slate of nominees submitted by our Nominating Committee that
reflects our new  organizational structure.  This is a consensus slate,
with as many nominees as there are offices.  After reviewing the nominees,
each of you should place an "X" in the appropriate blank and return your
vote to Jody Flemming within a week.
