The goals of the Insect Diversity Project are to inventory species, document their natural history and host specificity, and compare ecological interactions across temperate and tropical sites. We are concerned with the impact of climate changes on community structure, trophic interactions, ecosystem function, and the distribution and abundance of insects and plants.
