We will develop a plan for subsampling terrestrial and aquatic habitats for tardigrades. We will also develop standard lab protocols for isolating, mounting, and labeling tardigrade specimens. We will develop and submit a key to the genera of Tardigrades to be posted on the DLIA website. Collections in the park will be initiated and specimens will be cataloged with a common numbering system. Species accounts will be written for all species identified.
