Overview
Sporocarps erect, 0.5-1.5 mm tall. Hypothallus discoid. Stalk (75-)80(-88)% of the total height, slender, grooved, dark violet by TL, red-brown with inclusions in the basal part and violet above. Sporotheca spherical or prolate, 0.1-0.3 mm diam., dark violet with a metallic shine. Peridial cup violet, 50-66% of the sporotheca. Peridial net with large irregular nodes. Calcic granules very dark violet, 1.0-1.5 µm diam. Spore-mass violet. Spores lilac, 7-8 µm diam., densely verruculose.
