Short description Morphology | Morphometrics

Vertebrae : 190 - 202. Broadly banded with black and white, sometimes with blotches, but may comprise additional species (Ref. 48635 ). Superficially resembles the venomous sea snake Laticauda colubrina , but is entirely harmless.
