 Overview
As a pilot project for developing the educational goals of Discover Life, we have formed a partnership with Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and are teaching biodiversity methods and Web technology in 9 Georgia schools. As part of this effort, we held an intensive training course in June, 1998, for teachers and minority students in Athens-Clarke County and at the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont.
