This is a manchineel tree. It is one of the most poisonous plants in the U.S. Fortunately, it is restricted to very southern Florida. Contact with the plant or white sap can cause extremely bad skin reactions. For more information: plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=HIMA2
