DLIA Nature Quest- May 27-30 1999

This is a preliminary list of planning issues associated with the Nature
Quest.  I am sure that I have missed many details that need to be addressed
and welcome any additions, comments or suggestions.   The bullet points are
just ideas, many may not prove to be feasible or available.
