| Advisory Panel Members |

In September, 1998, our Executive Committee voted to form three blue-ribbon advisory panels: science, education, and development. Over the next year we will form these panels, the role of which has yet to be fully defined. We envision that these advisors will provide sage direction and feed-back, help as they wish, and give us creditability in the eyes of the world. To date, the following individuals have accepted positions on our Science Advisory Panel.
