Sporocarps widely scattered to loosely gregarious, stipitate, 0.3-0.8 mm tall. Stalk 33-80% of the total height, plicate, slender, tapered upwards, pale ochraceous, translucent by TL. Sporotheca ochraceous, globose, 0.1-0.15 mm diam. Peridial cup either reduced to a small stellate basal disc or absent and then (4-)5-8 short strands radiate from the stalk apex. Threads of the peridial net sturdy, rounded, free or nearly free of calcic granules, with rounded meshes mostly 25-30 µm diam., with (3-)4-8(-9) on a line from base to apex. Peridial nodes as small membranous junctions with no free ends, containing few or no calcic granules. Calcic granules 1.0-1.5 µm diam. Spores very pale ochraceous, 6-7 µm diam., palely verruculose.
