Overview
Sporocarps gregarious or clustered, but not heaped. Sporothecae subglobose, sessile, often on a restricted base, 0.4-0.8 mm diam., rugulose or nearly smooth, bright chrome-yellow. Peridium single, membranous, with included yellow lime globules. Capillitium a network of hyaline threads bearing numerous small, yellow, rounded or angular nodes. Spore-mass brown. Spores pale lilaceous, minutely spinulose, 8.5-10 µm diam. Plasmodium unknown, probably yellow.
