How to encounter
Adult Active period: July-Aug. Palearctic flight period late April to mid-Sept.


Habitat: found in or adjacent to turfgrass, Oosterbroek, 1984: soil dwelling


Economic impact

(as iridicolor variant) injuring young plants of deciduous and coniferous species (Fuchs 1900)
